As a back pain sufferer with herniated discs, I aggravate my condition routinely. I required Dr. Warner's services to assist in alleviating discomfort and increase mobility.

This year I decided to enter an ultra marathon in the Sahara Desert that consisted of 7 marathons in 7 days. I hoped that my dedication along with the Doc's assistance in strength training and Active Release Techniques could prevail in overcoming this monumental challenge.
